"the company installed two gates on driveway and one fence.  The workers were terrific  and added extra fencing so that the dog wouldn't go out.  I wish they had thought through the fence gate a lithe bit better.  The workers had to add an extra piece to the bottom so the dog couldn't get out.

"I contacted TNT through Angie's List, and received a prompt call back to arrange for an estimate.  Todd was obviously knowledgeable and experienced, and took measurements and talked to me about what I wanted to do.  I had studied the website pictures and knew what I wanted.  I received a detailed estimate within a day or two, and it became clear that I needed to downsize the cost of the job.  I widened the space between posts and removed "residential rail" from the job, and the resulting new lower cost fell within my budget. (My first revised estimate included an error, which was caught and corrected before work was started.)
An installation date was determined three weeks out from the estimate date.  This date was adjusted due to a short stretch of bad weather, and the fence was installed in one day. (I was in out of town on the installation date, but my neighbor watched the installation and said the crew was "amazing.")
Some scrubby brush needed to be cut back in a few spots, but the crew apparently had no difficulty with it. There were a few small scraps of wire mesh left behind, and a small handful of staples, but the job was left otherwise in a neat and orderly fashion.
What I did not expect:  the truck(s) used in the installation left some pretty deep ruts in the yard, probably caused by the rain that had delayed the job softening the ground. Two of the gates were high on the bottom and my puppy had no difficulty wiggling under them.  I called TNT and asked if they could retrofit the gates, and was told someone would come out with some pickets to remedy the problem.  In a few days I came home from work to find one gate fixed, and I took care of the other one.  The pup has not escaped since. Overall, I am pleased with the job and the responsiveness and professionalism of the personnel.  I would use the company again, and have recommended it to neighbors.

"We used them before five years ago on a small fence at a house we rented with good results. We had them come out to measure and give us an estimate, along with two other companies, both landscape companies. Only Eagle Fence followed up. We checked the price with some friends who'd had fencing similar, and Eagle's price was in a reasonable ballpark. It took some time for the aluminum units to come, but as soon as it did they called and came out to do the install. We had a few hiccups in the process. First, they didn't know what setback we needed to have from the street, which we thought was odd for a company as big and busy as Eagle. We had to hunt that down ourselves. Second, they didn't know that we needed a zoning permit to put a fence in, again something we thought a fence company would know. Third, they'd mis-measured one side of the dog enclosure, but it was a side that included a really steep hill, and they called us as soon as they realized. Last, that hill-it was steeper than the fence units they had ordered could handle, so we had a four day delay waiting for the necessary pieces. We missed our dogs and mentioned it, and they came out and put in temporary plastic snow fence while we waited for the pieces to arrive. That was just plain nice. In terms of the work, the crews were quiet, fast, cleaned up completely, and were very polite whenever they needed to talk with us. I work in services myself-perfect is nearly impossible usually, what really matters is how problems are handled, and Eagle does a great job-straight up, no baloney, and they come with a solution not just a problem."

"2 gentleman arrived in company van.  Both primarily spanish speaking.  One spoke english.  Ray arrived via personal vehicle shortly thereafter.  Work was done in a professional manner, job was bigger than anticipated, stayed until work was complete and I was satisfied.  Cost more than original quote.
As far as punctuality is concerned they cancelled on first day after missing time window.  Called 1 hour past time to be there to cancel.  Next day arrived 1.5 hour after 2 hour window they provided.
