"No job is too big or small. Thankfully our issue was small, we wanted the dryer door to open the other way to make getting clothes from the washer to dryer easier. Even though this wasn't a huge repair job we were still given prompt, professional service. Thanks Tom! I'm glad to know you are there when we need you!"

"Marley arrived at our home and assessed the repair of our washing machine. He replaced the boot seal and performed an operational check, no issues. Marley and his partner then reinstalled the dryer on top of the washer in a very tight space. The technicians were polite, professional and competent. Would definitely use Quality Tech Repair for any future appliance repair."

"Excellent service, very professional and explained problem and repair. I would use this service again. 5 stars."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"First I spoke with Gail who was very pleasant and was able to get me an appointment very quickly. My fridge was getting warm. Charlie the technician came and ran a diagnostic check and was able to find that the fan was not working. He ordered one and Wednesday he put it in and the refrigerator was back to normal in less than 8 hours. he was kind enough to give me a number I could text to let him know what was happening with the refrigerator. All this went on during labor day weekend. He always made us feel like we weren't "bothering" him as we must have text him 3 or 4 times. when he was running late Gail called to let me know when I could expect him. Charlie the tech that worked on my refrigerator was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable the office staff was great very helpful. Additionally, Charlie called me this morning to see how the refrigerator was working. Talk about customer service. I would highly recommend them and they will be my go-to people when I have a need for appliance repair... Thank you so much, Charlie, Gail. and Benchmark Appliance for the great service!!!"
