The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"Section of unfinished basement started getting some water coming in through cinder block wall. Existing narrow drain in place around walls with old sump pit area but no pump every installed by previous owner. Aaron performed estimate and did full assessment of area both inside and out (only contractor to check out the outside of the basement). Proposed using cove plate design, drilling holes in block and installing sump. Plan was if existing piping existed under existing drain area around floor, then this would be the solution. If not he included extra cost for full drain pipe installation. Crew redirected outside down spout underground and away from home most likely contributing to the problem. While breaking up floor they found existing piping so no extras required. Also while working they repaired crack in floor and any gaps in wall mortar. I was not home to supervise work and they could have easily said they installed new pipe without my knowledge. So very honest taking the best and most cost effective solution to problem. They did a great job, finished in 1 day, cleaned up workplace, and very professional. Also guaranteed work for life. Would definitely use them again in the future for any construction type work. Honest and hard working."
