Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. "Jerry referred me to Greg Simpkins as he was going on vacation. Greg did a great job of installing 9 new bedroom and closet doors, some which needed customizing. He installed a beautiful new granite countertop for the vanity, new mirror, pocket door and light fixture. The bathroom looks brand new. He even went to the trouble of rerouting the pipe under the sink to a center sink which looks great. Pulled up tile at front door and sanded, stained and finished the hardwood floor. Greg was very friendly and professional, always let me know what time he would arrive and cleaned up everything every day before leaving. The job went terrific, really happy how everything turned out. Definitely would recommend Greg for any job you have."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Cintex installed a walk- in shower, in what is now a master bath. This wasn't a tub conversion, but a new floor to ceiling tile shower. Vince & Cindy were so easy to work with. Vince pulled my existing toilet and vanity, installed the new shower and tiled the floor. Vince and his assistant, Chao then reinstalled the fixtures, all with minimal disruption. Cindy helped with the tile and fixture selection, I didn't realize how little I knew about tile, she was great. I learned stuff and I'm happy with the selections. The entire project was done to perfection. My house was left clean, all of the debris was hauled away. Done on time and at a very reasonable price. I posted a picture, but don't be showing up for a demo."
