"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"Tim came out when he said he would, was friendly and courteous.  He diagnosed our problem and proposed a solution.  He patiently answered all our questions and installed the new equipment that very day. In a few short hours we had a functioning water system with much better water pressure than we ever had here before.  We knew the complete price ahead of time. I am extremely satisfied and very glad to have found a good, reliable, and trustworthy plumber who is local.

"They were able to come in, configured, and installed properly the water heater and the furnace. They contacted the company and registered me on the agreement. It was a lot better than I anticipated. I made them the contractor of my choice. I was lucky to find them."

"Their Salesman was very knowledgable and respectful. They did not do a hard sell but let us take our time getting other quotes and making a descision. The team that removed and replaced our equipmment was efficent and hard-working. They left the basement cleaner than when they found it. Even after a very long day of work the two gentelmen spent extra time reviewing our new heating and water heater systems with us. The office staff at Petro also went the extra mile to assist with some questions I had on some energy rebates that were available to us for the new systems. Overall, every interaction with this company has been pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new system."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
