"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

It was the motor and he went about securing one by Saturday morning. By Saturday evening, my ac unit was repaired, the motor replaced and our home began cooling down again. The motor was not a standard model and this was a holiday weekend yet they still came through for us. I cannot say enough about the response and excellent customer service that we received. It exceeded our expectations and we always felt like we were being treated fairly. We highly recommend this company for your ac needs."
