"I had another company come out and verify that I needed to have work done on my roof and had confirmed I'd need to replace the roof. After reaching out to a number of companies only Certified was able to provide me the comfort of excellent communication (many didn't have the courtesy to reply to my inquiries) and references to sign on the dotted line. They were one of the few companies that had expertise with flat roofs as well as shingle and were able to work around my roof mounted HVAC unit by moving it as needed. They installed a white Mule Hide TPO roof on my main roof as well as on my addition and replaced the roofs for my front porch (which has started to leak and wasn't draining into the gutter) as well as my steep mansard roof. One company I dealt with in the initial phase was unwilling to answer questions I had with regard to the CRRC ratings of the TPO but Certified was always upfront with me and provided me with continuous updates as the work progressed, all via email and by phone. I'd originally expected to have shingles on the former BUR roof on my addition, but the crew determined that a flat roof was more appropriate and replaced it with TPO, with an explanation for their change and at no additional cost. The warranties provided as well as the licensure and insurance were a critical factor to my selection (too many companies seem to be operating in a legal gray area) and I don't expect to have any problems with the work completed, but if I do I know they stand behind their work."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Good price, great people. Goes the extra mile to do a quality job. Billy went to four Home Depot stores to find the exact shingle to match our church roof. Great fun working with craftsmen with old world values. Will recommend to members and friends. Albert R. Gwynnn Oak, Maryland."

"Bought my house in 2017 and told it had a new roof. Came to find in 2025 that it had been totally botched. Shingles were coming up, there were large holes where knots in the frame had been knocked out by nails, and I had severe water damage on one of my trusses. Roof Pups came out, assessed the damage, worked with me on the price, and in less than a week I had a crew on site that fixed everything in a single day. They were here for over 12 hours making sure the job got done and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience."

"Presidential did an amazing job with our roof! They replaced all of the plywood and installed new shingles in less than a day. The new roof (and gutters!) look great. I definitely recommend this company. Plus, we plan to have them do our front door later this year. :)"

"Very pleased with the entire roof install project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs. Dylan and Allan's crew handled everything seamlessly from start to finish."

"Hi hired J and V to repair a roof that was causing water to pour into an upstairs bedroom. The team tore the roof down to the main wood and replaced everything with layers of sealant and waterproof tarps and matched the shingles when done. He took numerous pictures to show me the progress of the work. Then he gave me a one year warranty on the entire repair for free. Also repaired damage to wall board and repainted the entire bedroom all for a very extremely reasonable price! Based on this, I also hired the team to come back and power wash outside of my house which they completed during the June 2024 heat wave in Maryland. They carefully completed the cleaning, which took 6 hours! I inspected everything and they left no damage to any siding anywhere and completely removed every inch of mold. And they cleaned my windows as a bonus. These guys are some of the best contractors Iâ ve ever worked with!"

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."
