Even though it was a very small project (removing a small concrete pad ~20 sq ft), they came quickly to estimate (very reasonable rates), then came back quickly when I was ready for the work to be done. They were here for a total of 50 minutes--but only so long because they had to hand carry all the scrap out up a hill and they helped me gather up 16 years of a rock pile (collected from gardening) and took that away too for me. Would not hesitate to recommend. They are going to give me a quote on leveling the dips and cracks on my concrete front porch and making it lovely and durable with an epoxy finish."

Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. "I recently embarked on a garage makeover - this included re-organizing by adding a ceiling rack, installing new, more functional bike racks on the wall and multiple wall rail systems. BUT... the garage would not have been complete without removing my previous DIY garage floor project with Granite Garage Floors' professional installation. The service before, during and after the job was first class. During the job, the team was extremely thorough, first in removing the previous work and throughout the project. "Clarksville Construction is the WORST contractor I have ever worked with. From day one, the project was a complete mess. The quality of the work was terrible, filled with mistake after mistake. The job involved installing a new door and replacing wood with PVC panels around the bay windows and the chimney box -- a relatively simple project, one would think. However, it was anything but simple for Clarksville Construction. Find a better contractor and save yourself all these problems. If you know of any, please add them in the comments. Here is a list of some of the problems encountered. 1. On the first day, the crew did not bring a generator, which caused the circuit breaker to trip repeatedly. 2. On the second day, a drill was left on top of the chimney, which was very dangerous. My neighbors noticed it. They also commented that the crew's performance led them to decide not to use Clarksville Construction for their future projects. 3.I observed that a section of cracked 2x10 wood.."

"I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

"We could not have asked for a better contractor on this project. We were very skeptical of Brian's estimate that it would take two months for the project, but he nailed it. Brian was on-site almost every day, both directing his team and doing much of the framing and finishing work himself. We felt like our project was his top priority from start to finish. Brian is meticulous and clean - every tool/material was hung up and organized when not in use, and there was never any sign of dust or debris when he left for the day. Any time we needed to change something, Brian quickly provided an estimate and fit the work into the schedule. Finally, Brian is honest and kind. He joked with our kids, he played with our dog, and gave us his honest opinion when he thought we could make a better choice on materials or fixtures. We will absolutely be calling Brian again for our next project."
