"HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Bill from Acute Appliance Repair. After booking on Angi, Bill called me within minutes to learn more of the problem. Bill set up a time to come out and repair our refrigerator on Thursday evening. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain line, and up front with the costs. No surprises or hidden fees. Very friendly and professional. My wife and I asked for Bill's business card. We plan to hire him for any future projects. Our refrigerator is running like new again thanks to Bill and Acute Appliance Repair. Much appreciated and job well done!"

"Purchased the "$99 for one hour of service" deal. They contacted me quickly via phone. After describing the issues with the refrigerator, it was recommended that I forgo the visit since the repair would be quite expensive and should consider a replacement. I really appreciate the honest assessment! Five stars!"

"We highly recommend Parker & Sons to anyone who will need an appliance repaired. They were quick to respond to our needs, notifying us of their arrival time and then fixed our dishwasher. It runs beautifully. Bob, our repairman was professional, knowledgeable and courteous."

"He did an excellent job by fixing my oven and explaining everything to me and what I should or not do. Very helpful."

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I would highly recommend Premium's appliance repair services. They responded immediately to my request for service. After describing the problem (leaking refrigerator), the manager was able to quote a very fair price and set an appointment for first thing the next day. Meanwhile, he patiently explained what he believed to be the problem, and he advised what to do until a repairman came. The repairman was on time, professional and completed the repair within a little more than an hour of his arrival. He cleaned his worksite and assured me that the problem is solved. I am so relieved that it was not the disaster that I first believed, and that I hired an honest, efficient company to resolve my problem."

"Great service from our technician Jamell! He quickly solved the problem with our gas dryer, had the parts ordered in a day, and completed the repair on a Saturday morning. I will absolutely call Mr Appliance again! Thanks guys."
