"They completed a 10 by 14-foot paver patio with a retaining wall on two sides under an existing deck. The project was completed in two days. Marvin told me the names/colors of the materials that would be used so I could view before the project was started. I asked questions at every step and Marvin explained everything that they were doing in detail. I would definitely use them again."

"Very thorough preparation--removal of prior driveway, substantial excavation to permit required base of crushed stone and sand, concrete footings around perimeter of driveway to stabilize edges of paver driveway. Very nice work setting pavers, setting trim pavers on edges, trimming pavers to fit where driveway wasn't square, and applying polymeric sand to seal joints."

"Kyle, the owner, was responsive to my inquiry and came out to do the estimate. I explained what we hoped to do and what our minimum we needed to have done and that we would decide based on the cost. Kyle created an estimate that was broken down into parts so that we could pick and choose what we wanted done. Work was started within a couple of weeks and completed in 2 days. I was happy with his staff and the work performed. The problem we had was afterward. After several days of rain, a section of the yard settled, including the rock wall. It was evident that the yard was not tamped well enough. I emailed Kyle and he agreed to come back out and fix the wall/yard where it settled. We decided to wait until the spring (original work was done in fall of 2017) in case there was more settling. In April I reached out to Kyle and he agreed to come out and take a look. I also informed him that the yard had settled more and it had created a low point where water was draining under the sidewalk and eroding the ground in that area. I have heard nothing from Kyle since then. I have since emailed him again and called him with no response. I was happy with the work overall, but not happy with the lack of follow through and communication. I have been waiting to write this review until the work has been completed, but now I'm unsure it that'll every happen."

"Miguel and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They repaired crumbling exterior brick walls on our 1915 brick townhouse and did a great paint job. He was extremely responsive and worked with our timeline. They did an amazing job at an affordable price. I’ve worked with many contractors and they were by far the most efficient, dependable, and even left our space cleaner than it was before they started. They went above and beyond to address our concerns. Would definitely hire again in the future."

"I hired this company because I am having a retaining wall replaced and installed, as well as, a deck replaced and a new enlarged deck installed. Land Art Design was the most thorough when submitting the proposal and will be providing much more for the same price I had proposed by two other companies. Land Art Design went above and beyond to ensure I understood the entire scope of the project. In order for them to submit for a permit, I provided them the only site survey I had which was a very basic outline of the property provided a few years ago by a Surveyor. Land Art Design took the drawing, researched areal shots of the property, added all exterior structures such as brick retaining wall, concrete parking pad, rear retaining wall and deck and will give me this revised site plan for my keeping. In addition, there are two trees that will need to be removed in order to replace the retaining wall. Land Art Design was the only company willing to take down both trees and grind the stumps. The other two companies were not going to deal with the trees. I would have had to hire another contractor to remove the trees prior to the work being started on the retaining wall. I highly recommend Land Art Design!"
