Professional yet down to earth, the kind of person that treats you like a friend. His work is meticulous, there isn't a drop of stain on the ground or in the shrubs. He even cleaned off my grill cover while they power washed! He and his crew did an excellent job on our deck, made it look like new again. Potential customers need to be cautious with the age of there roof as process will cause some gravel loss on asphalt roof type. They missed some dirt on my spouting. Provider uses homeowners water & they damaged my hose and I did not discover until later. I really wouldn't have cared if I had been informed. <br /> <br /> UPDATE 1/9/14 : He actually came back and dropped off a new hose to replace the damaged one."
