"Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and extremely efficient. In addition to painting >3,000 sq feet with a majority being >17 feet walls the team ensured they patched and fixed any cracks, and or damage to the home we purchased ensuring everything looked flawless and undetectable once painted. I’ve been through multiple home repairs/improvements in the past and cannot express how amazing this team was. Recommend for any renovations, paint etc… they came recommended and I can absolutely see why!!"

"Dan replaced a rotted door frame and did a great job. I like that he was able to get us scheduled timely and got the job done."

"Leavy was prompt and professional. He evaluated work to be done and determined the doorbell problem was the button. He obtained the necessary products needed and purchased them; pricing was very reasonable. The work was completed over a day and a half and I am very happy with the results. The doorbell button was replaced and works great."

"PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. Jonathan was open to all suggestions or requests and found ways to incorporate our wants and needs into the design. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. One example was his ingenious design for removable skirting panels, which provides us with access to the area beneath the deck. When installed, the removable panels appear seamlessly incorporated into the skirting. Craftsmanship is hard to find and that is certainly what we received from Jonathan."

"Simpsons painting and repair did an excellent job in three rooms and my kitchen they were very courteous and professional They got the job done in a timely manner and I was happy with the outcome I definitely would recommend this company to anyone."

"Not the run of the mill average house cleaning. Attention to detail plus they can do small odd jobs around the house, replace registers , put in new trash baskets, even replace the filters in the furnace. Highly recommend!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"He was prompt, very friendly, professional and trustworthy. He had skills to complete the jobs. But, I have had some issues with the work. The work that was completed was not thoroughly checked. A door frame was repair and when it was, the door which closed before, now doesn't. And a newly replaced door handle, has fallen off in my hand and the shower head leaks. I have to call back to have these things fixed, which is on me to follow up with. I just have procrastinated.

"I had a problem with lights not working. I discovered a GFI outlet went bad. I replaced the outlet and still had a problem. I called Ron and explained my situation. He discussed possible issues that may be causing the problem. He didn't have his appointment book accessible because he was driving. He said he would call back. Before he hung up he told me to double check the GFI connection making sure the proper wires were connected to the proper screws. I had the Gfi wired wrong and thanks to his advice I corrected the problem. Some one else would have not said anything and come to my home charging a trip fee. I very much would trust this man"

"Evan was timely, professional and thorough with helping me move a variety of items. I would definitely work with again and I recommend him to anyone looking a variety moving or hauling needs."
