"I called SOS on Sunday, 11/13 and left a message that my dryer had gone out and I needed a call back but it was not an emergency so I didn't need an emergency weekend appointment.  SOS called back first thing Monday morning (11/14) and had repair guys out to diagnose the issue the same day.  They also looked at my dishwasher that had stopped draining water.

Both my dryer and dishwasher needed motors replaced that needed to be ordered in.  Estimate on getting them in was 5-7 days, so imagine my surprise when I got a call 3 days later that they were in, and they would be able to do the repairs the next day (Friday, 11/18).  They were actually early for the Friday repair appointment (they called first to make sure it would be no inconvenience to show up early), and had both appliances fixed in 45 minutes.  The final cost was exactly what was quoted - just under $600 total which included 2 service calls, 2 motors, plus the diagnosing and repair of both appliances.

"We discovered a leak in our upstairs bathroom, caused by old grout and tile that had been installed directly on sheetrock when the house was originally built.  We had planned to update the bathroom after moving in anyway, so we contacted GCM to see if we could perform the updates while resolving the problem.
Ben arrived at our home within a week or so of being contacted, and spent about an hour or so talking with us about our options for the bathroom, and provided several suggestions as to how to approach the large amount of work we wanted to do. He had many good ideas beyond our initial thoughts, and was able to really help us understand the kind of work we would be looking at.
Once we settled on our three main plans, Ben was able to provide us with estimates for each within a few days of meeting. Of them, we decided to focus on replacing the tub and fixtures while installing a surround where the tile had been. As we researched the various tile/surround options, Ben was typically able to respond with estimates for the work within 24 hours. This helped us budget out our choices, until we finally settled on the parts and look that we wanted. With those choices settled, Ben was able to provide us with the final estimate and contract and schedule our work for the following week.
Josh was sent to monitor the project, and was able to provide us with an idea of what our bathroom would look like each day as the project progressed. They started on Monday, and by Friday the work was completed. Since we had decided to paint the bathroom ourselves once GCM had finished, Josh walked me through the work that had been performed and the steps I'd need to take to finish off the paint and sealing work. With these in mind, we finished off the bathroom and everything works fantastically."

I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
