He had the necessary parts in stock, and fixed the dishwasher. His price was better than reasonable. His communication about when he would arrive was highly responsible. I could not recommend him more highly."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

He fixed the mess I made - DIY is not my strength, and I added a second leak through my efforts. Then he took the time to find the original leak - it was a slow leak, and didn't present immediately. He found the problem, ordered the part before he left, came back after the weekend to install. He showed where the old part had deteriorated, and left the part with me. $206.32 in total for two visits, the part and the repair. More than reasonable! On a side note, Jim is a delight to talk to.
