"Proficient did a great job building our new maintenance free deck. They responded very well from our first call and throughout the whole process. As soon as the weather allowed they removed our old deck and started on the new one. There was a challenge in locating one of the new posts as it came right in to a retaining wall. They removed the wall, added the support post and rebuilt the wall. Better than before. The whole crew was friendly and great to deal with."

"TruWest was EXTREMELY easy to work with! The building crew was fantastic - noticed a deficiency in the materials when the job started, and got deficient materials replaced before proceeding. Work went quickly, looks AMAZING, and I cannot even tell you how many times a day I look at my new deck or hang on my new deck and think to myself how thrilled I am to have found TruWest, and how that was money VERY well spent. This experience is coming off of an ongoing nightmare project with a large construction company whose name you all certainly know.
