"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

They not only did an excellent job of encapsulating the crawl space but left the job site clean every day they left and they were there three days. "I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and strongly suggest you stay away from them. I paid thousands of dollars for a French drain to be installed in my backyard and to have my gutters connected to it ? the goal was to keep water away from my foundation. One of their employees almost passed out in my backyard, and I was about to call 911. The manager refused to let him go home, and another worker quit on the spot because he didn?t like how his coworker was being mistreated. The next time they came out, one of the guys asked me what he was supposed to be doing because he had no idea. I had to stand over them and constantly micromanage to prevent more mistakes ? they clearly weren?t prepared or trained for the job. After paying thousands, nothing changed. My issue was never fixed, and I completely wasted my money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!"
