"I paid $49.00 for a sump pump and battery inspection. Since I'm clue less when it comes to plumbing, I didn't realize that I didn't have a battery. So basically, he looked at the sump pump told me it was fine. It took all of 10 minutes. He then fixed a leaking faucet in my bathroom and changed the flapper in one toilet. I was charged $175 for these services. So I paid a total of $224 for him to look at my sump pump and tell me it was fine and two very minor fixes on my sink and toilet. This was with the so called 10% discount. This is unbelievable! Never again."

"Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor.
