"Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

"He scheduled and worked around my own schedule to be more accommodating to Me. Everyday the “job-site” was clean and neat. I enjoyed seeing the progress and everything went smooth and timely. When there came time for grabbing material he easily knew what he needed and went to pick it up and quickly continue his work. I’m happy with the process and the end result was very worth it! Payment was easy. And he was willingly to go into our crawl space to complete the task. Amazing! I’ll definitely keep Chance in my thoughts for future projects. I trust him with big and small jobs."

"They charged $11.00 per foot for lumber that cost $.78 cents per foot. The sub contractors were very hard to communicate with. Some of their work had to be redone and the cleanup was very poor. Much less than I expected after hearing their ads on TV. I would not hire them again."
