"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"We had a great experience with this company repairing our deck. They were professional, quick, and efficient, and their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. The finished result looks fantastic. We highly recommend them to anyone needing deck repairs or outdoor work!"

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"Deck surgeon was always very communicative about what the next steps were. We had a tiny deck removed and a new one put on. We told deck surgeon that the back door was the only way our three dogs had access to the back yard so he made sure that they always had a way to go out, wether it was make shift steps or a ramp. I am an architect and his is one of the nicest, most honest contractors I’ve worked with."

"Rob was very professional. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a new deck or deck repair/refurbish."

"It was wonderful service I would highly recommend them. They replaced a 4 year old water heater that was put in by someone else and did a crappy job. Thank you Bachman Contracting."

"Chad was very professional and friendly when he came out to measure and discuss our driveway project. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Chad!"

"We just had our landscaping beds trimmed edged and mulched and they look wonderful! They were very professional and detail oriented. I highly recommend them! The whole process was painless. They are hard working, friendly and finished the job on time."

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Rick was the most responsive contractor we have ever dealt with. He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. We highly recommend River City Remodeling and would definitely use them again in the future."
