"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. I truly respect his heritage and how he treats his co-workers and teammates. LTB is currently doing a complete overhaul, repair and upgrade of a family memberâ  s A-Frame, also impeccable to date. "The installation was about a month after the original planned date, reportedly due to bas weather. Once they started it went as expected. Everyone was friendly efficient and professional.

3eHowever a couple of months after it was complete. we began to get a leak. After the original call to C and D. we were promised they would come out the following week - the leak was only a drip at that time, No one showed or called the following week. We called again after not hearing, by this time the leak was much larger and more than a drip and in more than just one place. They Promised again someone would show that week but again no show and no call. This happened again each of the two weeks and by this time furniture and electronics had been affected. Called a couple of individuals and tried to escalate the issue with the company, and after a couple more weeks, finally a tech came out. Once on site the cause of the leak (workmanship) was identified, fixed correctly and we have not had any other problems.

Their knowledge of the product they used seemed quite limited as trying to get an answer on whether or not a wood or pellet stove could be installed throu the ceiling or wall and the method was answered only with they did not know but were aware some customers had done it.

"Jeff was able to start the work within a couple of days. I was trying to sell my house so it was important I could get it done as soon as possible. With regards to the flooring I had made many calls to flooring companies and other handy men but they were only interested in replacing the whole floor or not interested at all. Jeff was the only person I found who was willing to replace the damaged boards. Replacing laminate is tricky. The only way to do it properly is to start at an edge and work your way all the way out to damaged planks so it is a long process and requires a high degree of organization. When I came home in the middle of the process I could see all the undamaged planks labelled so they went back to the same place after the damaged planks were replaced. Jeff gave me a very good price so it was well worth not replacing the entire floor. Jeff also replaced 3 faucets for me for around $200 less than my regular plumber quoted. I also had a damaged interior door which Jeff replaced and fits perfectly. I was extremely happy to have found Dusty Boot Home Improvement and have recommended him to neighbors."
