"I am an out of state investor and purchased a property in Ohio. Per the home inspection there were some electrical and plumbing items that needed to be done. My initial contact was with Mike, who was awesome! Bob came out to give me an estimate and noticed some additional things that needed to be addressed which I was so appreciative of since I have to rely on the expertise of others to have my back. Mike, Bob and Donny were so personable, professional, informative, prompt, and would call me about anything so I was aware of what was going on. They also sent me pictures at every stage. We ended up having some additional electrical issues and they worked diligently to try to figure out the cause. They were able to come up with the best and most cost effective options for me. Other companies would have probably tried to milk the situation and take me for all it was worth. They probably don't know this, but I have all their phone numbers saved in my phone and IF I have any plumbing or electrical issues they will be the FIRST to call. If I could have given 10 stars, they would have gotten it. What a great TEAM at United Plumbing & Electric."

"Andie was awesome. He installed a garage heater requiring hard wiring, then switched out old outlets and switches in my garage. An issue with my garage door opener wiring was discovered after the job was done and he stayed and rewired it as well. Now I can sleep at night knowing the old wiring in my garage isn’t a hazard anymore! Andie’s communication was outstanding as well, he was prompt and courteous and charged a fair price. I’m glad I have a reliable electrician to call when problems arise in the future!"

"Patrick was here within the hour. The issue I was experiencing ended up being a problem with the electric coming into the house (outside of his scope of work). Patrick was able to confirm it was nothing internal to the house and stuck around while Duke electric dispatched their team to further troubleshoot the power connections. At that point Patrick’s work had been completed and he was free to leave, however he volunteered to stick around to help the electric company problem solve. Between Patrick and the Duke electric technician they were able to trace the issue back to poor connection coming into the home on one of the legs of power. While this was not within Patrick’s scope of work he still stuck around to assist the power company in resolving the issue. I am very pleased with the quick service I received and Patrick was very kind and extremely helpful going above and beyond his responsibilities. I would hire Mr. Sparky back in a heartbeat to assist with any future electrical issues."

"Mr.Electic and Ryan, as well as the electrician, were all amazing. My electric panel burned out at night. I called them at 10pm and they had a representative at my house the following morning. They're quote was within market rates with a bit of an expected mark-up for urgency. It was definitely reasonably priced, especially since i couldn't find anyone else able to do the job right away. Long story short, the electrician was at my house the very next day after the quote and did an AMAZING job installing a larger panel. They needed to cut the wall to make more space and did it in a way that is practically invisible from the outside. You really cannot go wrong with this provider."
