I did not hear from anyone so after 3 days I called but no one returned my call. Called back again a week later to cancel the order. Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."

Joe was an excellent communicator and would often reach out to us with a plan and timeline without us even needing to ask- we always new what the plan was and if we were on schedule (which they always were). He and his team kept their workspace impeccably clean every day - including daily haul away of materials/garbage from the job. Our basement is exactly as I envisioned and the quality of work was top notch. "Quinlan Construction repaired my mom's step and installed a handrail. I was very pleased by the initial customer service that the owner provided. He was polite, respectful, punctual and expressed concern about my elderly mother. He also seemed knowledgeable about the repair work that we needed on the steps and in other areas of the home. He quoted a price that I thought was a little high, but my mom used the company because of the customer service aspect. The workers were professional and punctual and they did a good job of making the repairs. They consulted my mom to explain what they were doing and asked her about her preference about the design and height of the handrail. They made a few cracks to the plaster on the wall when they installed the handrail. No big deal, but I think they could have patched them. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service after the repairs were made. The workers said that we would receive a receipt after the check cleared. The check was cashed the same day and I have called, texted, and emailed the owner to request a copy of my mom's receipt. The repairs were done on April 25, 2017 and I have not gotten a response. Also Quinlan was going to provide an estimate to do other major repairs and that has not been provided. All in all, I'm glad that Quinlan did the repairs, but I'm frustrated, disappointed and perplexed by the lack of follow-up. My mom has a lack of trust about workers because they often don't do what they say that they are going to do, and now we have to search for another construction company to do the other repairs."

"These guys were great. I spoke with Tony for a home painting job. He was very polite, patient, professional and answered alllll my questions, as they arose, in a timely manner. 2 polite young men, Ardit and Ricardo, showed up on the date of the project on time and ready to work. They did a great paint job and the clean up afterwards ð ð was great and left nothing behind. Tip my hat to these guys, I would recommend them and I look forward to working with them for future projects."
