Offered a maintenance program for a small fee, pay ahead for maintenance and call us to remind us when services are due to be done. and they did this! This service was worth every penny! The only hiccup was the crew to repair the drywall did not show up on time (5 hours late one day) and cost more than originally quoted (but only by $75 so, not horrible) Overall was not as bad an experience as I thought it would have been."

He extended professional curtesy and waited until the other person left. I appreciated that. I thought my Heating system was gone and it being right after Christmas, this was bad timing. Bill Jr was able to repair it and buy us some time. I didn't think that was possible! My unit is over 30yrs old and my husband and I were holding our breath.
