"I had an absolutely amazing experience with Trident Bath and Shower! They came in and completely transformed my old, unappealing shower into a beautiful, modern walk-in shower that I can’t stop admiring. The entire process was straightforward, quick, and easy — from the very first consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly. The design consultant was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect style for my space. The installers were punctual, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. You can really tell this company values quality and customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the results — my bathroom looks brand new! Trident Bath and Shower is a 10/10 experience all around. If you’re looking for trustworthy people who deliver beautiful results, this is the team to call!"

"Profi has installed a half dozen beautiful shower/tub surrounds, backsplashes & fireplace surrounds in my projects with extremely happy clients."

"Replaced a walk-in shower. Removal of the old and installation of the new took approximately 8 hours. We are pleased with the product and the installation"

"5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!"

"The installers where fabulous! They did a great job. No damage to the walls and they put booties on their shoe EVERY time the came in the house. The A for Professionalism and Punctuality go to the installers. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and love with the end result! For that they get an overall A!
The company itself service was good, but I would have preferred a bit more hand holding when spending that much money. No follow up calls from our Sales Rep.  Never hear anyone from the sales team after we signed the contract.
