"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Pat did a great job. We needed our deck rebuilt and he exceeded our expectations. He quoted a fair price , showed up on time, and his entire crew were very professional. Our deck looks better than when it was new. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave us several options. I would highly recommend him for any home repair project."

"It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."

"This Crew did a terrific job, the finish on my deck exceeded my expectation. This Crew was professional, prompt, well mannered and work together well. They also cleaned up afterwards. They worked hard in the rain and in the hot sun to get this job done. I thought I know exactly what I have wanted until (Mike) the owner showed me his portfolio of work. He helped me with an idea to do something a little different than I started out with. He's not just a contractor he is an artist with great ideas and has a terrific portfolio. He was always available, and answered any questions that I had. This Crew is good at what they do. I am very glad that I chose Veterans Construction LLC. I thank you gentlemen for doing such a terrific job or my project."

"Upfront/post-completion communication was little rough: there was very little communication from the office about the start day of the project. The actual work was however swift, good quality, and looks great."
