I so appreciated that they came in on Saturday, which was the same day we noticed our fridge not cooling either the freezer or the fridge. The fee for coming to check it out to analyze the problem and give an estimate of the cost is waived if you let them fix your issue. "Great phone communication in scheduling the visit, arrived on time, called ahead, very courteous and helpful, looked at everything, diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution (replace the cold control unit). I initially agreed on them replacing the cold control, but then changed my mind, decided that I'd replace the unit myself to save some money. Called them right away, and they cancelled the order without an issue. After replacing the cold control unit the fridge is back to normal, so their diagnosis was spot-on. I'll use them again whenever I need service/diagnostics of appliances."
