"Ryan did a great job fixing my toilet and they cleaned up the area before they left. It was reasonably priced. I would hire him again for any repair or new project."

"Two problems: one, a leaky toilet. The toilet is very old. One prior plumber refused to work on it, said it was too old to fix. Dynamic had it fixed in about 45 minutes. The second problem is ongoing. I have a drain problem in a basement floor drain that takes water from a washer via a sink. They rodded in every direction but it still drains slow. The plumber stuck with the job for five hours trying to resolve it. Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to do some major repairs (jackhammer the concrete floor and replace the pipes). However I give them credit for going above and beyond to try to solve the problem."

"Had a basement flooding problem to what I believed to be a main sewer backup. John came out and checked everything and informed me of my basement flooding cause. I truly appreciate his honesty and knowledge of my plumbing issue, I now have a better understanding of my house and can resolve the issue. Thank you for an honest company!!"

"Tech arrived on time and ready to go. He explained the issue he found with our old furnace and went over options clearly and professionally, and was generally delightful."

"Nice, fast people... left PVC pipe extended into roadside ditch... had to hire someone else to finish up the work."

"Kyle Richard did an amazing job with my sewer inspection from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was—after the inspection, he took the time to show me the video footage of my sewer and clearly walked me through what he was seeing. He answered my questions without rushing and made sure I understood everything before wrapping up. On top of that, Kyle was genuinely friendly and professional the entire visit. He was great with my wife and even took a moment to be kind and patient with my dog, which definitely didn’t go unnoticed. It’s not often you find someone who does quality work and also treats your home and family with respect. If you need a sewer inspection, I’d absolutely recommend Kyle Richard—excellent service all around."
