"Kyle Richard did an amazing job with my sewer inspection from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was—after the inspection, he took the time to show me the video footage of my sewer and clearly walked me through what he was seeing. He answered my questions without rushing and made sure I understood everything before wrapping up. On top of that, Kyle was genuinely friendly and professional the entire visit. He was great with my wife and even took a moment to be kind and patient with my dog, which definitely didn’t go unnoticed. It’s not often you find someone who does quality work and also treats your home and family with respect.
