"The estimator, Dennis accommodated my scheduling requests, and changes in the contract, he was there as well, when the resurfacing started. My driveway needed a specific piece of machinery; so they used their subcontractor, which was excellent too. F&M came back 3 days later, backfilled, mulch, and seeded the bare spots, then a rep came by to check on the finished project. I love the look of my driveway now and would recommend F&M to friends and family!"

The job was well coordinated with stone, concrete, backfill dirt arriving at the appropriate time- impressive. The sidewalk finish was excellent – smooth brushed finish with clean edges. Replacement sections aligned with existing sidewalk, again excellent finish. Concrete pad was smooth with very nice finish. The job was completed with backfilling – including seeding where needed. The area was cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. The work and experience exceeded my expectations, and I can be very particular. Received a phone call asking if they could start the prep work on Monday the 13th of April and called again</p> <p>on Wednesday that the work was done. They never asked for a deposit or down payment for the work. I went to the house</p> <p>and the driveway was just what I wanted. They cleaned up and hauled away any left over dirt and rock. "Went very well. Used kiln dried fir wood as opposed to wet pine you typically purchase at the local home improvement stores. <br /> Double K also installed fire blocks (not in original scope of work) that were necessary to pass the local framing permit inspection. Neal was very helpful assisting me with my design concepts and provided solutions to some design flaws that did not occur to me until he pointed them out. I would like to also add the drywall contractor asked me who did the framing because he was very impressed with the workmanship. I would use Double K Contractors Inc. again.
