"May, 2021. I would highly recommend Barlow Concrete. I am writing this review on my own accord; they don't know I'm posting this. After interviewing 4 contractors, I chose Barlow to make a 22"x 10' patio, front walkway, and driveway border to the property line. They gave me a very competitive price. I chose them because I felt the most comfortable with the project manager, Andrew. Andrew also gave me a construction date that was sooner than later - within 7 business days - and were quite flexible with me, as I had to work through an HOA. The crew was outstanding. Quick, efficient, and left a very remarkable product - including a solution to the driveway edging - which was to build in a curb. They taped everything off and cleaned up the area very well. This company cares. In the early evening, Andrew came by to check the work and my satisfaction with it. That rarely happens nowadays. I am tremendously pleased."

"John's crew did a GREAT job on my front steps. They first removed the crumbling concrete and block, framed up the steps, reinforced them from inside prior to pouring the cement, reduced the rise to make them safer-- and so then added another step. My family at the house is telling me how much better they are - not just the repair due to the crumbling, but the noticeable difference made by the change in rise.  John was extremely flexible, working with me on a few other situations which arose beforehand. The job was completed in a timely manner, despite an intervening holiday. John was also very responsive to my many questions as I worked with him from another state.  I  can confidently recommend John without reservation or hesitation. <br />"

"The estimator, Dennis accommodated my scheduling requests, and changes in the contract, he was there as well, when the resurfacing started. My driveway needed a specific piece of machinery; so they used their subcontractor, which was excellent too. F&M came back 3 days later, backfilled, mulch, and seeded the bare spots, then a rep came by to check on the finished project. I love the look of my driveway now and would recommend F&M to friends and family!"

"Clarksville Construction Services did an excellent job repairing the cosmetic parging around the foundation of my home, common of 1970's architecture. I had gotten some fairly expensive quotes from foundation repair companies to completely overhaul the parging, but instead gave this team a call. Their team quickly assessed that a large repair job was possible. They were able to go all the way around the house, fix all the broken spots, and blend the coloring in with the original. The team was responsive, very communicative along the way, and did a great job. I would hire them again."

"My driveway had deterioration but was serviceable. It had been coated with different agents in the past 20+ years. Tri State explained the effects of these agents and how my driveway would look after their application due to these previous applications. The driveway had developed wear cracks and was in need of a thick seal-coat to renew appearance and stop aging wear and tear. Where previous attempts at repair had resulted in enlarged cracks and one pothole, Tri State took the time to explain the the most cost effective approach and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. I elected to follow Tri State's approach and their application of seal-coat was supplemented by crack patching compound that blended with the seal-coat resulting in a smooth, integrated finish. Given the situation, I feel it was the best outcome achievable without cutting up or putting down new asphalt. I was also impressed with the skill the contractor demonstrated when using <em>quality equipment</em>  that put the coat on a in smooth, continuous manner that restored the driveways appearance. Using a roller near the garage door was a a pro touch. Will definitely use again. A very professional job at a reasonable price. The agent arrived early and completed the job promptly. Highly recommended. <br />"

"Amazing! Brian Flick's attention to detail in his craftsmanship and project management, from the first time we met till the job was completed (on time and on budget!), was extraordinary. We've had lots of work done by lots of companies, but Wenkat Design was by FAR the best! Brian offered great suggestions that we would have never thought about . . . and everyday before he left, he made sure the work site (from demo to done!) was extremely clean and very organized for the next day's work. "Overall I was very pleased with the experience.  The technician that did the inspection was obviously very experienced.  The house is about 70 years old and through the various remodels it has had over the decades, one of the previous owners made some modifications that caused us to be a tiny bit concerned.  The tech was kind enough to walk us through the inspection and his findings.  Turns out our area of concern was very easy to fix.  Had we let it go for a few years, repairs would have been a lot more extensive, expensive, industrious and time consuming. Because we got it checked out early, the fix was cheap, easy and fast.  the inspection was worth every penny. <br />"

"I would like to take a minute and say Thank you to this Company for providing me with an excellent service and product of Granitite. I found this Company at a Home and Garden Show back in 2010 and have had them come out to my house for three different projects from 2010-2013. <br /> First project was to do curb appeal to front of house only in April 2010. My existing concrete porch and sidewalk was cracking and uneven, they came out to house for consult and gave me options of what they thought best for the current conditions of my concrete. I was able to choose my color of Granitite in which I choose two different colors, one for sidewalk and porch and another color for foundation of house. I did not need to be home for them to work and they completed Phase I in under a week. I have received more compliments from others when they see the end result of Granitite. It is very easy to clean, has kept its color and no visible cracks or issues as of todays date. <br /> Second project was for Phase II in March 2011, I had concrete floors in unfinished basement, they advised an epoxy finish to complete floors and was able to choose a color that worked for me. Finished product has improved the quality and look of my basement, I couldn't be more pleased with the work. These guys are true professionals and plan on having them back for Phase III. <br /> Third project in May 2013, final project for them, I had them finish all sidewalks around house, back porch steps and surrounding foundation to my house to cover existing ugly concrete, kept in color of original choice. Finished product has made such a great impact on the house, I get many compliments from neighbors. I am truly pleased. <br />"
