"So it's been 3 months since Granite Garage Floors - Baltimore came out and resurfaced our garage floor (20 x 20 = 400 sq ft) . I.LOVE.OUR.GARAGE.FLOOR!!! Their professional service was top notch in every way. Great communication and the job was complete in 2 x consecutive days. The floor looks fabulous. So glad we did this and feel THIS IS THE WAY TO GO in sealing garage floors for a permanent seal, texture, exquisite look and lifetime guarantee! It was late June when this was done and HOT. It took about 2 weeks for the off gassing to finally stop. If I kept the garage door down, the gases would build up, but after I left it up about 5 inches during the day, after a few days, the smell was gone. I would ABSOLUTELY DO IT AGAIN. If I did the basement, I'd wait until warm weather with open windows or doors and fans to promote the dissipation of the off gassing - but I would definitely do this in a basement, front porch, driveway, patio, or many indoor or outdoor locations. Easy to clean, too! 400 sq ft @ $2,500 = $6.25 per sq foot I feel it's an expensive floor finish, but worth every penny and I believe will last decades!!!"

"Excellent concrete finish, pleasant office support, and a courteous and efficient crew. Rick, who came out to quote the job and start the crew, was knowledgeable and a good person to work with. The job was well coordinated with stone, concrete, backfill dirt arriving at the appropriate time- impressive. The sidewalk finish was excellent – smooth brushed finish with clean edges. Replacement sections aligned with existing sidewalk, again excellent finish. Concrete pad was smooth with very nice finish. The job was completed with backfilling – including seeding where needed. The area was cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. The work and experience exceeded my expectations, and I can be very particular. "I called to have a few concrete slabs in my front walkway replaced. John from Concrete Impressions was very prompt in returning my phone call and setting up a time to perform the work. After John came out to look at the work to be performed, he told me it would be more cost effective to replace all the old slabs rather than only the 2 that needed to be replaced. John's crew was at my house when they said they would be there and finished when they said they would. They also put plastic over the new concrete to protect it from the rain we were supposed to get that weekend. In the end, the work looks great and John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure it came out looking its best. I would highly recommend them for any job and will certainly use them if I have any more concrete work to be done in the future. <br />"

"I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

"This is the third time I hired Clarksville Construction. For this job, I contacted Clarksville Construction on July 19, 2021, via email with a list of work I wanted done. The Services Manager visited the site on July 30 and emailed a quote on August 4. I signed the proposal and paid the deposit online. A crew of three did the work on August 25 from about 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Everything went smoothly, with no surprises."

"My driveway had deterioration but was serviceable. It had been coated with different agents in the past 20+ years. Tri State explained the effects of these agents and how my driveway would look after their application due to these previous applications. The driveway had developed wear cracks and was in need of a thick seal-coat to renew appearance and stop aging wear and tear. Where previous attempts at repair had resulted in enlarged cracks and one pothole, Tri State took the time to explain the the most cost effective approach and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. I elected to follow Tri State's approach and their application of seal-coat was supplemented by crack patching compound that blended with the seal-coat resulting in a smooth, integrated finish. Given the situation, I feel it was the best outcome achievable without cutting up or putting down new asphalt. I was also impressed with the skill the contractor demonstrated when using <em>quality equipment</em>  that put the coat on a in smooth, continuous manner that restored the driveways appearance. Using a roller near the garage door was a a pro touch. Will definitely use again. A very professional job at a reasonable price. The agent arrived early and completed the job promptly. "Overall I was very pleased with the experience.  The technician that did the inspection was obviously very experienced.  The house is about 70 years old and through the various remodels it has had over the decades, one of the previous owners made some modifications that caused us to be a tiny bit concerned.  The tech was kind enough to walk us through the inspection and his findings.  Turns out our area of concern was very easy to fix.  Had we let it go for a few years, repairs would have been a lot more extensive, expensive, industrious and time consuming. Because we got it checked out early, the fix was cheap, easy and fast.  the inspection was worth every penny. <br />"
