The in-home design consultation was very smooth and helpful, and while the pricing was a bit more than we were budgeting for, we believe the investment in upgrading our closet spaces (7 in total!) will be well worth it. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! "Vertical Connection is wonderful! I asked them for a certificate of insurance, and they gave it to me. Stephanie was very helpful. In an e-mail, I told her that I wanted white draperies. When I arrived at the store, she had many samples already picked out for me. I told her that I wanted the draperies to match the paint on my walls. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring a sample of the paint color. Stephanie, however, has samples of all of the Sherwin Williams paints, and she matched the swatch to the paint color perfectly. She also had a nice selection of hardware to go with the curtains. The installer put up the drapes in less than an hour. I had a great experience with this vendor!"

"Jim and his team worked with us to redesign our master bedroom, removing existing closets and creating an entire wall of cabinets to provide much needed storage in our older home. Jim undertook a complete redesign of our bedroom space based on a general concept provided by our home designer. He spent considerable time understanding our needs and was extremely detail oriented in checking and double-checking the closet wall system and window seat design to ensure that it was both accurate and would be truly functional for us. Jim planned and managed the schedule closely. He made excellent recommendations for cabinetry that was attractive, of outstanding quality, and appropriate for our older home.
