The crew arrived on time to install 8 recessed lights, in 2 rooms, as well as wire 3 ceiling fans in the bedrooms that did not have overhead lighting. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. There was no mess left (they put down plastic and vacuumed up anything that made it onto the floor) and they covered all holes they had to make. "We truly cannot say enough good things about Tom and his crew. Tom repeatedly came to our house during the design phase to ensure that the final product was exactly what we had envisioned. He made several great suggestions during the process. He responded to phone calls and emails. He was always punctual. In order to finish the job in time for an event that was held at our home, Tom and his crew needed to start on July 17th. The job started on July 17th and continued through the hottest period of this summer. They worked diligently regardless of the frequently oppressive heat. <br /> They took great care in accessing our property (through our neighbor' yard), creating as little disruption as possible. We have dogs - they were always cognizant to replace the fence each evening so that I wouldn't have to worry about dogs escaping. Upon completion of the job, Tom and his crew graded the area that had served as the staging area, seeded it and then covered it with hay. <br /> The finished product is truly amazing - it is everything we had hoped and beyond. The quality of the workmanship is evident throughout the project. Everyone who has seen it is in awe. It was a very big undertaking and I'm sure taxed Tom throughout the process but he delivered exactly what we wanted, he delivered it on time and he delivered it as it was originally budgeted. A couple of days after it was installed the light had started going out the fan was working okay but the lights kept going on and off every 2 minutes, they sent the same technician out trying to figure out why it was doing that. They didn't charge us a dime for the 2 and a half hours the technician (Jason) was here. It was incredibly nice for George Willy to not charge us for having Jason here for almost 2 hours. Nice gentleman, very good technicians, and they really know what they are doing."

"Had an electric baseboard heater (about 11 years old) catch fire in its control housing (Kolb did not install this heater). Luckily damage was minimal, but I called Kolb to disconnect the heater's wiring and remove the heater from the wall. Electrician was out there that same day and we're very happy & relieved now that the heater has gone! I've used Kolb in the past (found them on Angie's List) to remove an old ceiling fan/install its replacement, and replace an exterior flood light fixture. They've always done a great job."

"I contacted CCS to ask if they would like to bid our bath project making them aware that all bath materials were purchased(sinks, tile, lights, faucets ect). Kevin came to our home and we had a proposal within the week. Although the quote was high, we were hopeful the completed project would be worth the cost. I can now say yes, it was worth the cost. Edgar and Chris gutted the baths, and returned after tile work to install vanities, faucets, lights, ect. Edgar is very professional, he knows his job well and communicates through out the project. They arrived on time and worked late if needed. They covered my hardwood floors daily and cleaned every evening. Tile was installed by Paul, his craftsmanship is excellent and he was willing to work on Saturday to keep the project on schedule.Tom, our project manager came to my home on two occasions to inspect the work and asked if I had any concerns or questions. Megan who is very pleasant contacted me by email and phone to introduce herself, she was very helpful when making decisions on the tile layout by sending pics of options. CCS has a great website for communicating with all on your project and providing a calendar of when they will be onsite. Lastly, they don't send someone to your home for a check. They send an invoice by email and ask that you mail it to their office, this was a first for me and very much appreciated. Personally, I will not hesitate to hire CCS for any future projects!"
