"Ryan was a knowledgeable, punctual professional who showed up less than an hour after my no hot water call. He was in and out and had the heating element I needed on hand which was great. Had hot water working again before he left. 100% recommend OConnell Plumbing to anyone in the local Jacksonville area."

"Sound Water contacted me within minutes of my posting for a new water heater and was there the next morning to install it. Very professional."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"They replaced the hot water heater"

"Our hot water heater needed replacing. I called two plumbing companies for estimates. North Carolina Plumbing Solutions gave the best estimate. The professional , quick ad professional service we received was exceptional. Definitely will call for all our future plumbing needs."

"After two repair visits I still wasn't satisfied so we eventually replaced."
