He was prompt, we had service in no time, and he had to travel from Atlanta to Savannah. Seng also offered solutions to problems we had that were not within the confines of what he was hired to do. In fact, he helped me with a computer issue remotely a few days ago. Seng and this company are amazing! Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but you will find it here. 10 out of 10!"
