He offered a price that I approved and work was completed by the end of the week. I was then informed that within one week they would come back and check to ensure the squirrels were not in the attic. I never heard from them. I had to send a message for a response since getting a hold of them directly was not possible. They came out a week later, no wait, someone told them they came out to my home which was not true. The tech came out a week later. Not sure what was done. Fast forward, I reached out because I was still hearing something in the attic. No response to my email, so I called and was transferred two times just to leave another message. Received a missed call that they would be out on Monday, April 6 and to lock up pets. No one ever came. Lookout was a no call no show. They are not reliable"
