Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. "They painted the Windows, Storms, Fascia, Trim, wrought iron railings, and even the chimney that needed about 3 fresh coats (and made it look amazing!) all exterior. They also painted a couple rebuilt interior windows.  Very nicely done.
Daren runs the show and is a good communicator.  They did what they said they would do and stuck to the budget discussed.
His pricing was reasonable and they were very detail oriented which was a requirement.  The job took a little longer than expected due to cold weather, but it was finished as soon as the weather cooperated.
