In the fall of 2022, a huge oak tree fell across our patio and the deck - fortunately, the deck structure survived with no issues but one of the composite boards was cracked and most of the vinyl railing was damaged. Rob responded quickly and had the damaged board and railing replaced, as well as the replacement of a section of our aluminum fencing, within 2 weeks of my first contact with him and for a fair price.
