"The roof on my home was at least 20 years old when I decided to replace it. There were no noticeable leaks or other structural problems, but I was getting solar panels put in and I decided that I really just needed a new roof as well. Those are the other guys. While they did a good job, this contractor was amazing. He put up my gutters exactly as I wanted them, helped me get my rain barrels in place, and otherwise was just amazing. After seeing his work. I asked him if he could do some more general contracting around my home. His price was unmatchable and everything that he touched in my yard was of the highest construction grade that I have seen. He did not bulk when I gave him very specific instructions on things I wanted managed to work around things that I wanted but had not seen the practical side. I have used them for other things as well, as construction. The man’s the best general contractor I have ever come across. I would recommend him for any job he feels he is capable of."

"Initially confusing due to scheduling issues. Home got pressure washed but they had an incident with equipment breaking and some areas did not get cleaned thoroughly. Had to call to come back out and finish front porch where there was dirt and debris left. Worker returned but was very unprofessional as my wife wanted some areas addressed. Unfortunately he blew her off and left. I'll be glad to provide photos if you don't believe. Unfortunately that 5 star rating was not a true assessment. We definitely won't be using this company again."

"Although, I?m very satisfied with how the gutters kept the leaves out this summer, I?m very, very disappointed on how it handles the snow. Because of this I wouldn?t recommend this system to anyone interested in getting Leafguard gutters."

"They were WAY over priced. I owe over $8,000 for a 4.5 hour job. They did not do the promised work we thought we had agreed upon. They use cheap immigrant labor, only one barely spoke English, so communication was difficult. Bottom line, I made a poor choice in companies."

"Home Genius Exteriors was out promptly with an estimate and had the project completed quickly. The project manager Jeremy kept in contact and was extremely helpful throughout the job. The workers were also professional and left the job site clean when finished."

"I am very happy with the product and with the installation experience. The quoting/sales experience is high pressure. Their pricing is not transparent and they want you to sign right away to get a discount. You need to be a good negotiator. Get some other quotes first, so you know what price is good. The installation was done by a sub-contractor but they did a great job, all neat and tidy."

"I had a leak in the ceiling of my daughters bedroom. I called other companies but nobody could come out for at least a week. I called Guardian Roofing and Chris was able to come out the next day to check it out and give me an estimate. He found the flashing was not large enough and had caused the leak to form so we had the flashing replaced, shingles replaced and a water/ice shield installed over the sheathing for further protection. Chris and Derek came out on Sunday morning to fix the leak and I have not had a problem since. They were both extremely professional and very nice to work with. This was very quickly done and it was during the time when we had rain every day for a week so I was very happy they could come out and safely get this job completed. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services."
