"I contacted 5 different contractors for estimates. Javier from AC Masters showed up promptly, asked questions about how the space would be used etc. Of all the contractors I spoke to, Javier seemed the most knowledgeable about the ductless systems and what would or wouldn't work in our space. He provided a couple of options, pro's and con's of each and an approximate price for each so we could determine which would get the job done AND fit into our budget. Of the 5 contractors, AC Masters and one other contractor quoted a larger 24,000 BTU system at approximately the same price. The other three contractors quoted smaller 18,000 BTU systems for considerably more. We selected AC Masters after reading other postive reviews on Angie's List. The crew showed up as promised on the date scheduled, were very respectful of our home (and new carpet), kind to our dog and very professional. They completed the installation as promised. We will not hesitate to call AC MAsters for any future heating or cooling needs! <br />"
