"I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. "The company made an appointmebt with me for 9am and advised I or someone had to be at the property to meet with them. they didn't show up and didn't contact me. I called at 945am and was told the technician was running late due to the previous project. I asked what was his era because I had someone to wait for him at 9am. they said he'll be there soon. I called back at 130pm and the company got annoyed because I called 3 times and was told someone to will be there between 4-5pm. I called back at 515pm and the company got mad and told me tech is coming in 5 minutes and said he didn't care about my account and hung up in mid sentence. after the tech came and diag the problem they told me to replace the boiler or bleed the system as a temp fix. the boss called me back and told me he wanted 400 dollars to bleed the system. I asked why I should pay 400 for a temp fix and waste me money...long story short he said he would come to my house and shit on my lawn because I didn't agree. "

"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
