"Well they did as was original explained by the sales person plus they explained in detail as they worked... They had to pump more cellulose in my attic than the had anticipated so job took a lil longer... But long story short I was pleased when they left bc I watched n they seemed to do a throrow job... Well it's a lil over a month since n right away I noticed my apt was not cold any more if any thing I had to lower my thermostat to 65 bc the apt was like a Sauna if I kept it at 69-70 like before! I jus recieve my first Nat'l grid bill and it was over 100 dollars less... And according to the bill it shows the usage from last year compared to this year... Very significant! Well I'm warm n cozy n there is a blizzard going on at this moment! I plan to comeback n update in another month or two to report if the savings r consistent... Plus they were sweet enough to take photos of the condition of my roof for me so I didn't have to climb up which I had planned to do to check the condition of my roof... They saved me the trouble...I was able to evaluate work that I needed to do in the near future by the photo... So Thanks to Angies list and to JC Home Care n thier very professional n friendly tech guys...Highly recommended!

"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"

"My air conditioner condensers were struck by a power surge this summer. They were beyond repair, after repair inspections by 3 different firms, including Braido. Since my house is 21 years old, I knew that eventually the furnaces would have to be replaced as well, so I bit the bullet and replaced both the air conditioners and the furnaces for the upstairs and downstairs zones of my home.

They were knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable throughout my decision making process. When we finally did decide to go with Braido, we were glad we did. They offered 0% financing on the balance and charged, what I believed. to be a reasonable rate, since I could compare their price to 3 other estimates. 
For the install, they actually came 1 day early to lay the slab for the condensers outside because rain was being forecast. Smart thinking!
Then, what was supposed to be a 3 day install, took only 2. They were timely, professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend!
