They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We bought a coupon for a chimney cap from this provider. We scheduled the time for them to come out to measure the chimney.
Dean came out and measured the chimney. A few weeks later he called to inform us the local shop that does the building of the chimney cap had lost the measurements. He informed us that they were just written on a piece of paper, no copies or anything. The company that builds these did not even call him. So, he comes out to measure again. A few weeks ago he mentioned that it should be ready and that when the weather is nice they will install it. The weather was nice all week and no installation. I have contacted the company again today. I am not sure I would use these pre-pay coupons on angle's list again.

"They came out and did an assessment of my roof and told me that I did not need a total roof replacement at this time.  They said that the pipes in my roof could begin to leak and I could use the coupon to replace all of those and repair my roof tiles from the hurricane.  Since, I had already paid for the coupon I decided to go ahead and let them do the work.  They came out on a Saturday as discussed and did the work.  No complaints.

"Before we hired SNR Home Services, we had hired another company (not on Angie's List) to do our exterior repairs and painting which included replacing rotten wood, replacing old stucco with hardy plank, and painting the exterior.  This individual completed about half the repairs and then asked for more money than originally agreed upon.  When we reminded him of his original price, he left without completing the repairs.  We then hired SNR Home Services from Angie's List.  Elias promptly came out, gave us an estimate, we signed agreeing to this price and he sent out his guys.  We were not pleased with the first crew he sent out and voiced our opinion.  Elias promptly replaced these guys.  The new guys he sent out were prompt and professional and completed the work as agreed.  We found Elias a pleasure to work with and would recommend him and his workers.  We have more home repairs to do and plan on using him in the future.
