"Mark Andersen and his skilled team helped completely transform our house by expanding our 1.5 bathroom home into 3.5 ba, adding gorgeous aesthetics (, including walk-in closet with a pocket door), and making everything more functional in the process. They exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, quality, efficiency and commitment. There were no games, delays or lapse in their work; they were always on-time, friendly, and hard working. They went above-and-beyond on everything, including calling six different locations to find, and then driving down to VA to get, our specific (deprecated) siding for an exact match. They're also very safety conscious, including taking all recommended COVID precautions to keep our family safe throughout. Anything you can think of, they can do; electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, replacing or installing interior or exterior doors or windows, ... We gave Mark a high-level idea of what we wanted, and he molded it into our dream. If I had the money to build a house from scratch this is the team I'd hire; but minimally they're who I'll be using for any future renovations while I'm in the area."

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"We could not have asked for a better contractor on this project. We were very skeptical of Brian's estimate that it would take two months for the project, but he nailed it. Brian was on-site almost every day, both directing his team and doing much of the framing and finishing work himself. We felt like our project was his top priority from start to finish. Brian is meticulous and clean - every tool/material was hung up and organized when not in use, and there was never any sign of dust or debris when he left for the day. Any time we needed to change something, Brian quickly provided an estimate and fit the work into the schedule. Finally, Brian is honest and kind. He joked with our kids, he played with our dog, and gave us his honest opinion when he thought we could make a better choice on materials or fixtures.
