"We have long ties to Annapolis and had become familiar with Spire and one of its principals, Craig Martin, in particular. Though we live in Virginia, we wanted his particular creative vision and preservation sensitivity for an addition to our old River house, c. 1870. We found Craig and the entire Spire group to be entirely professional, while also personable, excellent listeners, patient and responsive to many questions in a timely manner and attentive to every detail for our schematics. Craig and Brady Reeder, the design technician, were a joy to work with. Our first experience with an architectural firm and it was a fabulous experience."

"Marcus is very skillful and a wealth of knowledge. When you're hiring Marcus he's not only going todo what you want , but educate you on the project so you're not in the dark. I learned he has a background in property management and has a clear current background check . Marcus also worked on the military housing which I can see a distinction in craftsmanship and cleanup. Marcus has done a variety of jobs and most recent CUSTOM BUILT AND INSTALLED a breakfast bar to help save space in my home. "D&R Improvements did a beautiful job on my bathrooms. David, the owner, was quick to give me an estimate and always responded to my e-mails the same day I sent them, even if it was on a weekend. He scheduled the tile installlation on a Friday and had a plumber come out on a Sunday to reinstall the toilets so that we wouldn't have to spend any extra time without them. Everyone who did work on the house was very professional and nice. They even worked with my three child gates rather than make me take them down. All of this at a very reasonable price. I love my remodeled bathrooms and I highly recommend D&R Improvements!"
