"The technician/plumber didn't get the job done at all. He ended up breaking the shower valve and ended up placing a stopper on the line to prevent water leakage. In the process, he ended up taking 5-6 hours for a job that was finished by another plumbing company in 2-3 hours. It was a waste of my money as Village Home Services billed me $560, fixed nothing and broke the valve. Furthermore, their manager/owner asked me for another $2000 for them to come back and repair the damage they created. I got this job done for $800 from another plumbing company based out of Tyngsboro. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VILLAGE SERVICES. "

"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! All kinds of leaks, CUT FLOOR JOISTS, and other incredibly sketchy shortcuts from the original contractor. Wes walked us through the best strategy to fix everything and his team worked diligently to correct all of the issues and tile the shower beautifully. We will be working with Wes again for many more projects, particularly fixing the floor in this bathroom, which was also a hack job. He has been professional and courteous in all of our dealings with him, he shows up on time when he says he will, answers all of our questions truthfully and in depth, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day and at the end of the job, which is always a huge bonus! Thanks to Wes and his team for their hard work to get us the shower of our dreams, and save us from a mess further down the line."

My experience with Affordable Cabinet Refacing was beyond my expectations. From the first phone call to Debra, her thorough and clearly presented email outlining the process to Chuck's informative visit to present (exhuberantly, but not high pressure) my options, I felt very comfortable moving forward. When Shawn arrived to measure (a kitchen initially built over 150 years ago), I was beyond impressed with his meticulous measuring and attention to detail. When Guy and Mike arrived, they were the icing on the cake. Their professional manner, work ethic, and skill transformed the kitchen to the one I dreamt of.
