Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."

"I've had major issues with my water in my basement since I moved in. It was getting out of control and I was on a tight budget. I got quotes from close to 5 different companies. B dry gave me the best price, by far. They didn't add unnecessary pipes or create any more sump holes to jack up the cost. They took a look at the project and determined what needed to be done at a very fair price. The day they were supposed to come we were due to get hit with a huge storm. They called me ahead of time and asked if they could come a day in advance. They brought a double sized crew so they could get a 2 day job done in only 1, and boom done. They were very polite and worked extremely hard. The finished product looked great and I haven't had a drop of water since."

"We called 3 masons. One came and did not get back to us on a quote, one gave rough quotes on the spot but on the higher side. Frank was very responsive during the early planning stages - was the only one to bring pictures of work he's done, and offer material samples. We felt the quote was very fair. The work took about a week and a half. Quality was very good for the masonry, some minor facets turned out differently than expected. He offered to make corrections but some of them would have come at great expense to him. I would just suggest to be as specific as possible about all dimensions possible. To some contractors bigger is always better. However I'm not satisfied w/ the quality of carpentry the subcontractor did. He came a much higher premium than Italo's masonry work, but the quality was not great. I don't blame Italo for this, we should have been more diligent and gotten our own carpenter. Again overall the job looks good, especially after we landscaped!"
