They gave us advice to correct the cause and took photos for us to give to carpenter we used to replace the section of the wall with the problem. They said to call back if any problems or concerns. "They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
