Total maintenance which included draining the tub, inspecting all operational components, cleaning all components, tightening of components that were loose, scrubbing and sanitizing the tub prior to refilling. When finish I was instructed on the best way to continue the maintenance in order to have a well run hot tub. Also, suggested what to use in keeping the water and tub clean...surprise, it did not include buying expensive chemicals. I was also surprised that I wasn't told to spend more money on potential problems but that everything was fine and that I should continue a once a year preventative maintenance.

"I expected the cleaning technique would be the truck-mounted negative-air vacuum process. However, Aegis uses the point of contact method, removing vent covers and inserting the vacuum. The tech was very friendly. We did a walk through to view the number of air ducts to be cleaned and to be certain all necessary furniture and items were moved to allow clear access. He cleaned all of the air vents, the furnace and the dryer vent. There was a considerable amount of debris in the air vents as we bought the house new, and the vents hadn't been cleaned to remove dirt and debris from construction. My only complaint was that the tech said we didn't need to move a chest in the hallway above which the air exchange was located. He did move it later without my knowledge or help, and explained afterwards that one of the legs of the chest broke as he re-positioned the chest.

"Cretec Concrete did a fantastic job replacing our pool deck. The existing concrete deck was built in 1960, and it had cracked and failed, was topped with indoor tile...in seriously bad shape. Spencer and his crew removed the demo'd materials quickly. There was some damage done to the underlying pool mechanical piping in the process (which should honestly be expected), but the crew replaced all the piping and stood by while we completed pressure testing. Whenever a new challenge came up, Cretec let me know right away, and we were able to calmly and professionally find a solution. They also formed and new steps for all our outside doors. Bottom line...These guys are professional, punctual, problem-solving, nice guys. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation."

"It took at bit of back and forth to establish exactly the pavers that we wanted, but once that was settled, it was very fast. A dropbox was delivered. The next day the old patio was removed and the ground prepared for the new one. The next day they completed the project with a crew of three both days. They were prompt, very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The new patio looks great and was completed in only two days. They will give us a bid on a future project as well. I would highly recommend them.
