"His response was prompt and showed up on time. Very courteous and respectful. As for the actual work done, he may be good at other types of handy jobs but definitely not grout work. When he ?finished? the job, I had to ask him to please make the grout lines cleaner since they looked very uneven and unprofessional. He cleaned it all up and made it better, but he wouldn?t have done so if I hadn?t asked. I don?t think I?d hire him again for grout work."
