"Doors installed ok. 1 had to be redone and way overpriced. Wallboard installed ok but mudding and sanding not good quality. Places needed to be redone and still not good. After we painted you really could see all the flaws. We had to clean up alot of dried mud that was in places that should have been cleaned up. Tile work good but over way over priced. We kept being put off in scheduling like we were not a priority which put us behind on our plans."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

In that time, Armando installed a new pantry (the parts for which we had purchased previously), fixed a door that wouldn't shut, repaired some major cracks in our drywall on the walls and ceiling of our bedroom, and looked at a leaky toilet. He worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, and was extremely polite and professional.
