Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. With that pricing, he was considerably below three other estimates we received. We were able to get the work scheduled for within a week. Alberto, the project staff, was promptly on time every day and worked diligently with no down time or rest breaks except for lunch. He organized the tasks in such a way that he was always working on one of the different projects. He was thorough and expert in his work and took the time to explain to me any issues that arose (in an old house, there's always issues).
The plumber that came to fix the shower faucet was equally good. I suspected that I would have to replace the entire faucet unit, which would mean cutting through a tiled wall. They were able to identify where the faucet had come from and found the right replacement. What would have been a $350 faucet purchase became an $80 repair part.
They were able to accomplish all of this work within 2 1/2 days. When they were done, they cleaned up all of the work sites, in some cases leaving it cleaner than when they arrived."

"Work not done by owner, had workers stop and wanted owner to come look at work they had done so far.  We ran into money issues, so we had to temporarily suspend work.  In the meanwhile, we attempted to contact the owner as work was asthetically very sloppy and further damage was done to our kitchen ceiling, as pipes were not properly sealed and we had water damage to our kitchen ceiling.  In fairness, we already had some water damage to our ceiling, but because of the leak they thought they had fixed, it actually startted leaking worse, causing 3 times the water damage to our kitchen ceiling.  They did come back and properly fix the leak. however, the owner would never respond to requests to come look at the unsatisfactory work.   He was very fair about cutting the price for the work that was done.  Now we do have the money now to finish the work and would have liked to have the owner finish it because I believe he would do a good job , looking at his ratings.
